At Main Line Art Center, your young artist will explore creativity through fun, hands-on art classes and workshops—onsite or online—led by experienced teaching artists.
We offer a wide range of visual art programs for kids, teens, and adults, in multiple mediums and skill levels. With flexible scheduling and personalized guidance, every student can grow at their own pace.

Main Line Art Center is the birthday pARTy destination for young artists ages 4-12! Children love our parties because they get to work with real artists on custom art projects, and everyone leaves the party with their very own masterpiece. Parents love our parties because they are easy and stress-free!
Thank you for your interest in booking a birthday party at Main Line Art Center. Birthday parties are held on Saturdays from 2 – 3:30 PM. We host only one party each Saturday, so please understand that space is limited. If you would like to book a birthday party, please email Amanda at alampel@mainlineart.org with the subject line “Birthday Party Request” with the SATURDAY date you would like to book. Your birthday party is not confirmed until a 50% deposit is paid and you have completed and signed the contract.
Once the date is confirmed, you’ll choose a project from the list below. All projects are age-appropriate and are designed to take home the same day.
Please note, we do not hold birthday parties during the summer.
Explore your creativity as you learn your own unique way to color the world. Campers registered for multiple weeks can expect a variety of different lessons, and our experienced teaching artists bring their own flair to the classroom. Class sizes are small, and safety is our first priority.
Palette Pals (5-9 yrs) can register for either a full-day or half-day session (morning or afternoon). Pre-teens (10-12 yrs) and teens (13-16 yrs) can pair morning and afternoon camps for a full-day experience, or choose a half-day camp (morning or afternoon). All campers must bring a snack, full-day campers must also bring a lunch. Students spend most of the day in our studios with breaks outside if weather permits.
We end each week with an Art Party at 3:00 PM on the last day to celebrate your camper’s creative accomplishments. Join us this summer to make some colorful, new memories!
