Earth Day at Awbury Arboretum

Get your hands dirty this Earth Day! Join us at Awbury Arboretum for a community tree planting along the Wingahocking and in the Meadow—50 trees going in the ground, one shovel at a time. All ages and skill levels welcome, tree tenders strongly encouraged to register!

After planting, head to the Lightning House for hands-on paper activities, including leaf printing, grab a bite from local favorite Flat Belly Veg, sip some coffee from High Pointe Cafe, and explore activations from Awbury’s farm partners and friends. And don’t leave without joining the kickoff of the Historic Germantown Stamp Rally, led by wellness coordinator Megan Do Nascimento!
