The Rescue Dogs Band is performing at the Chester County Historic Courthouse.
The Richard Brothers Band is performing on Gay Street, in front of the Jack Loew Plaza at 44 West.
(Please note: Gay Street will be closed to vehicles for the Open-Air Market)
