The Kennel Club of Philadelphia’s National Dog Show at Oaks

Come see up to 2,000 canines compete for Best in Show honors, meet the dogs in the benching areas, and learn about the breeds. The National Dog Show at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks is both a regional treasure and a national phenomenon, celebrated for its tradition and its national TV prominence. The Kennel Club of Philadelphia show dates back to 1879. The Saturday show is The National Dog Show Presented by Purina, the popular two-hour special broadcast on NBC each Thanksgiving Day following the Macy’s Parade.
