Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest is one of the Philadelphia Waterfront’s favorite summertime traditions. It features roller skating, outdoor boardwalk games and rides, mini-golf, and great food and drinks, all set against soaring views of the Delaware River and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Summerfest is the perfect place for a family outing, a school trip, date night, or a meet-up with friends. Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest is open May 23 through September 1 – 7 days a week, including holidays. Dogs on leashes are welcome on-site in all outdoor areas. The site is FREE to enter and open to the public.
